So having a grow lamp, appearing “nervous” and possibly having an apartment with the scent of second-hand marijuana smoke is now reason enough for police to burst in with guns drawn? When the cops find tomatoes, isn’t that sign enough that the “War on Drugs” has gone on far too long with the only results negative?
This is ridiculous and some day, people in America will look back on this period as sad and delusional. Innocent people get killed all the time by these militarized raids and then any supposed benefits in keeping someone from flushing drugs down the toliet are obviously wasted. When they find tomatoes, citizens ought to be able to sue cops for everything they have.
